A: innowave products are extremely reliable. innowave & Waterlogic support the extensive research and development with rigorous quality assurance checks before dispatching product. A limited service/maintenance schedule is required. It is strongly recommended that a qualified service representative carries out installations and servicing.

Q: What are the pricing structure and payment terms?
A: It is strict company policy to supply solely by way of authorized dealers, and this information is discussed on a one-on-one basis.
